Website terms
Terms for using fieldtheory.zone.
These terms apply to the public Field Theory website. A client engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, not by this page.
01
Using the site
You may use fieldtheory.zone for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not interfere with the site's operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the site in a way that creates unreasonable load, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate another person's rights.
Field Theory may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its visitors, or its systems.
02
Information is not an engagement
The website provides general information about Field Theory's approach and services. It is not legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and it is not a promise that a particular approach is suitable for your business.
Sending an inquiry, completing a diagnostic, or receiving a reply does not create a client relationship. An engagement begins only when the parties sign an agreement that defines the scope, responsibilities, fees, and other terms.
03
No guaranteed outcomes
Examples, frameworks, and observations are provided for context. Results depend on many factors outside Field Theory's control. The site does not guarantee traffic, rankings, leads, conversion, revenue, savings, availability, timing, or any other business outcome.
Any client name, quotation, outcome, or work sample published on the site should be treated only as the accurately labeled example it is, not as a promise of a similar result.
04
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original text, visual system, graphics, marks, and code are owned by Field Theory or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary informational purposes.
- Do not present Field Theory content or marks as your own.
- Do not remove ownership notices or imply endorsement, affiliation, or permission.
- Do not reproduce substantial site content commercially without written permission.
- Client materials and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
05
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or rely on third-party hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, or other services. Field Theory does not control their availability, security, content, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's agreement and privacy practices.
06
Availability and changes
Field Theory may update, suspend, move, or remove website content and features. Reasonable care is taken, but the site may contain errors or become unavailable. The site is provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
07
Limits and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Field Theory is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the public website. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A failure to enforce a term once is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
08
Privacy, updates, and contact
The privacy notice explains how information is handled. These terms may be updated as the site changes. The version posted here, with its current update date, applies from that date forward.
Questions or permission requests can be sent to signal@fieldtheory.zone.
